Refund & Return Policy
At Teezo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy is designed in line with common e-commerce practices in Pakistan and consumer transparency requirements.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You received the wrong product.

The product is damaged or defective.

The size received is different from the size you ordered.

The product delivered is different from the one shown on our website.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product must be returned in its original condition.

Proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges if:

The product has been worn, washed, or altered.

Tags have been removed.
-
The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

The item was purchased during a Final Sale, Clearance Sale, or Promotional Event (unless damaged or incorrect).
Size Exchange
If you ordered the wrong size, we offer one-time size exchange (subject to stock availability).
Customers are responsible for the return courier charges unless the mistake was made by Teezo.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:

The wrong size sent by us
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once verified, Teezo will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or mobile wallet (JazzCash/EasyPaisa).
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the Return Policy.
